Cups or grams that is the question!
Personally I prefer to weigh my ingredients when I bake. It’s quicker and more accurate. You can get a scale from around $10.
I have created that conversion chart to help you out, either if you want to start weighing your ingredients when baking or if you need to convert a recipe from grams to cups. It’s so annoying when you find a yummy recipe with weight instead of cups and you don’t have a scale!
