  2. Add the confectioners’ sugar and salt and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the strawberry jam and vanilla extract and mix until smooth and even in color.
  4. Whip to as fluffy a state as you please- the dreamier the better! Spread on toast, or use to top your favorite cake or cupcakes.
